In guest mode, inventory, household details, plans, skills, logs, saved locations, and supply photos stay in this browser's local storage or IndexedDB.

If you create an account, Supabase processes your email and authentication data. The same readiness records and photos may be synchronized to your private household workspace. If you explicitly invite another household member in a future sharing flow, that person may access data according to the role you assign.

When you request weather or location features, PrepperGo sends the location needed for that request through our server to the U.S. Census Geocoder, National Weather Service, or U.S. Geological Survey. Saved locations remain part of your profile data; our lookup routes are configured not to cache precise address or coordinate requests.

Do not save a precise home address if a city or nearby ZIP code is sufficient for your needs.

We use submitted data to operate the features you request: authentication, inventory and photo storage, gear plans, runway estimates, reminders, emergency plans, export, support, security, and service reliability.

PrepperGo does not sell personal information and does not record a PrepperGo click event when you open a marketplace retailer link. A retailer or affiliate network may process the link identifier and routine request data under its own terms, then provide PrepperGo with aggregate reporting such as clicks, ordered items, and commissions. Household-plan contents and profile identifiers are not added to retailer URLs. Vercel may process routine request and security metadata.

Vercel hosts the application and may process routine network and security logs. Supabase provides account authentication, database, and private file storage when cloud features are configured. Google or Apple may process sign-in data if you choose an enabled social-login option. Government agencies process queries made to their public data services.

Payment processing is not active, and PrepperGo is not collecting payment-card data.

Browser data is versioned and namespaced by profile. Account data is scoped to a household identifier and protected with database row-level security; private photos use membership-aware storage policies. Server code uses the signed-in user session and does not expose a service-role credential to browsers.

No system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password, protect your device, and avoid storing unnecessary sensitive identifiers, medical records, access codes, or exact evacuation details.

Guest data remains until you clear it in the app or browser, remove site data, or lose the device. Account data remains while the account is active and for a limited period needed for backups, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations after deletion. Provider logs may follow provider retention schedules.

You may view, correct, export, or delete app records. To request account access or deletion, email us from the account address. We may verify the request before acting. Where applicable, you may also have rights to know, correct, delete, limit, or object to processing without discrimination.

PrepperGo is not directed to children under 13, and account use by children under 13 is not permitted. Do not submit a child's contact information or other personal data.

Material policy changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in the app before they take effect.
