Terms of service
Please read these terms before using PrepperGo. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing PrepperGo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to form this agreement. The service is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts.
2. A planning tool—not an emergency service
PrepperGo helps organize information and produce estimates. It is not an emergency-dispatch service, warning authority, medical provider, nutritionist, legal adviser, engineer, or guarantee of safety. Alerts can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Keep official alerts enabled, verify critical information with government and local sources, follow product instructions, and contact emergency services when appropriate.
3. Estimates and user responsibility
Runway, calorie, water, nutrition, expiration, and readiness outputs depend on the information you enter and simplified assumptions. Needs vary by person, climate, activity, health, storage conditions, and event. You are responsible for reviewing inputs, maintaining supplies, testing equipment, obtaining appropriate training, and using qualified professional advice for medical or other high-risk decisions.
4. Accounts and household access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Only invite people you trust. Household roles may allow another member to view or change shared records. Do not attempt to access another profile, bypass access controls, probe the service, introduce malware, scrape at harmful volume, or use PrepperGo unlawfully.
5. Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of information and photos you submit. You grant PrepperGo the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and secure the service. Do not submit unlawful content, someone else’s confidential information without permission, access credentials, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or operate the product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of local browser data. Export important information and maintain offline copies of critical plans.
7. Plans and billing
The launch preview does not collect payments. Displayed Plus pricing is proposed and may change before checkout opens. Before paid subscriptions begin, checkout terms will disclose the price, billing interval, renewal, taxes, cancellation method, refund policy, and effective legal entity. No charge will occur without an affirmative checkout action.
8. Marketplace and affiliate links
Some clearly marked retailer links may pay PrepperGo a commission from a qualifying purchase at no added cost to you. A listing is a planning aid, not a warranty, certification, endorsement by a government source, or guarantee that an item is appropriate for every person or emergency. Retailers control price, seller, availability, fulfillment, and returns. Review the Affiliate and Editorial Disclosure and verify the exact product before buying or relying on it.
9. Intellectual property
PrepperGo’s software, design, name, and original content are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. Government data and linked third-party content remain subject to their respective terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, PrepperGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Ending use and changes to terms
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or abuse risks, with notice when reasonably possible. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions or legal notices may be sent to preppergoapp@gmail.com. A governing-law, business-entity, and formal notice address provision will be added before paid service opens.
